Roast My Style
Short version: Premium is $4.99 / week or $19.99 / year (both auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial), or a one-time $24.99 Lifetime purchase. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Roast mode is comedy about clothing choices — not professional advice, and never about bodies, identity, or protected characteristics.
Free tier. You may perform up to 3 outfit analyses per calendar day at no cost. The counter resets at midnight in your local time zone.
Premium. Premium removes the daily limit, enables watermark-free sharing, and unlocks the Glow-up AI render feature. Premium is offered in three options (or the equivalent in your local currency as shown at checkout):
Subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are billed through your Apple App Store account. The auto-renew terms below apply to the Weekly and Annual subscriptions only; the Lifetime purchase is charged once.
Billing and renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price confirmed at purchase.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or as mandated by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Eligibility for free trials is determined by the App Store or Google Play and may vary by region.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the subscription after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.
You agree to use Roast My Style only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice.
Optional public feed (“Ranks”). The app includes an optional public weekly feed. It is off by default and is shown to other users only if you explicitly opt in. By opting in, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the analysed photo, its score, and a pseudonymous handle publicly within the app. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and it must comply with the Acceptable Use rules above. An automated content check screens photos before they are published, and other users can report or mute entries; entries that receive multiple reports are hidden automatically. We may remove any entry at our discretion. You can opt out at any time, which hides all of your entries, and you can delete your account and data in-app at any time.
Comedy, not cruelty. The "Roast" mode produces AI-generated comedy commentary about your outfit choices — specifically the clothing you chose to wear: cut, colour, silhouette, layering, and accessories. The AI is explicitly instructed to ignore faces, body shape, age, race, disability, gender, or any characteristic other than styling decisions.
Self-initiated entertainment. You choose to enter Roast mode. The commentary is provided as light entertainment at your own request. It is not a professional style opinion, not a personal criticism, and not a reflection of any individual's worth or identity.
"As is" output. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, nonsensical, or miss context. We make no warranty that analyses, tips, or Glow-up renders are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Do not rely on them as professional advice.
Content ownership. You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos through our AI pipeline solely to provide the service you requested. We do not claim intellectual property rights in your photos or in the AI outputs generated from them.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chile, except where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
