Open the app and tap "Start free trial" on the paywall screen. Then tap RESTORE in the footer. The app will check your Apple ID for an active subscription and restore your access automatically. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not in the app. To cancel:

• On your iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Roast My Style > Cancel Subscription.
• Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

You keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app uses anonymous sign-in — there is no account with your name or email. Photos you upload are automatically deleted after 7 days with no action needed on your part. To remove all your data sooner, uninstall the app, or email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". We will locate and delete your records within 30 days.

Photo analysis requires an internet connection. If you see an error:

• Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
• Force-quit the app and reopen it.
• If the problem persists, email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and your device model and iOS version.

The free tier allows 3 analyses per day. The counter resets at midnight in your local time zone. If you need more, subscribe to Premium for unlimited analyses.

Roast mode is self-initiated comedy about your clothing choices only. The AI is instructed never to comment on your body, face, age, race, or any personal characteristic. If you ever receive output that feels inappropriate, email us the text at [email protected] — we take guardrail violations seriously and will investigate.

Photos are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then automatically and permanently deleted by a server-side process. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
